Please read this privacy policy statement to understand your rights and how SoulTalk will treat your personal data.

Protecting your privacy is important to SoulTalk and SoulTalk's Loving Home ("SoulTalk") and our privacy policy is based on the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (CAP 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong.  We may amend this privacy policy statement if required to do so by changes in the law or by changes in our operations and the latest privacy policy statement will apply to your personal data.  Copies of the latest privacy policy statement will be available upon request.

Privacy Policy

 We will collect your personal data directly related to the service we provide.  You are not obligated to provide us any personal data requested, but if you choose not to provide certain information it may not be possible for us to help you.

We will take practicable steps to ensure that your personal data is accurate.

Your personal data will be used for purposes directly related to our activities and will be made available to our employees and professional volunteers undertaking such activities.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are to be used, unless the retention is required by legislation or it is in the public interest not to erase the data.

We will take practicable steps to ensure that your personal data are protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure or other misuse.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data at a modest administration fee by writing to us at the email provided below during the time we keep your file.  You may also request correction of any inaccurate personal data.
